LEVEL II:  In a study published in the European Journal of Social Psychology, Phillippa Lally, psychology researcher at University College London, reports that on average it takes more than two months before a new behavior or habit becomes automatic — 66 days to be exact. This course is being offered as a followup to what you have learned at the perfect time. Now that you have had time to experiment with incorporating your Yoga Science and meditation practice into daily relationships, this opportunity will allow you to ask questions about your practice and to share your experiences with others.  It is important to be in the company of like-minded people as you continue your study and practice of Yoga Science as mind/body medicine.
