YOGA SCIENCE LAB®: How to Practice Meditation-in-Action

Presented by Valerie Chakedis, Ed.D.

Thursdays  •  August 3 & 10  •  6:30 – 8:30pm ET

LEVEL II:  If you’ve ever enjoyed playing Monoopoly or Clue, you’ll love using the Yoga Science Lab gameboard.  This special two-day, experiential course will provide you an entertaining slant on what you’ve already learned in the Foundation Course.   It will teach you to Meditate-in-Action every day by optimizing Your Conscience and how to benefit from Super Conscious Wisdom in surprising ways that can enrich your decision-making skills and enhance your confidence and creativity in every relationship.

You will learn to consciously evaluate the character and merit of the thoughts as they appear.  In the context of a Yoga Science experiment, you’ll gain greater familiarity with Yoga Science tools such as One-Pointed Attention, The Bridge of Yoga, The Four Functions of the Mind, and The Four Primitive Fountains.

As you experiment with the Truth reflected by your Conscience, you’ll develop decision-making skills that will enhance your confidence in all relationships.

Freedom is being present, knowing who you are and following your inner wisdom.  Key to that freedom is training the mind to respond creatively rather than react habitually.  Yoga Science Lab® can help you achieve that freedom!
