YOGA SCIENCE LAB®: How to Practice Meditation-in-Action

Presented by Valerie Chakedis & Mary Holloway MT

Saturday mornings  •  July 10 & 17  •  10:30am – 12:30pm ET

LEVEL II:  In AMI’s Foundation course, you learned that your thoughts are your most valuable asset.  The Yoga Science Lab® will help you deepen your practice and expand your ability to focus your attention.  Yoga means union.  Yoga represents a bridge between inner wisdom and outer actions.  The techniques learned in seated AMI Meditation are applied in every duty and responsibility throughout the day and this process is called Meditation-In-Action.

You will learn to consciously evaluate the character and merit of the thoughts as they appear.  In the context of a Yoga Science experiment, you’ll gain greater familiarity with Yoga Science tools such as One-Pointed Attention, The Bridge of Yoga, The Four Functions of the Mind, and The Four Primitive Fountains.

As you experiment with the Truth reflected by your Conscience, you’ll develop decision-making skills that will enhance your confidence in all relationships.

Freedom is being present, knowing who you are and following your inner wisdom.  Key to that freedom is training the mind to respond creatively rather than react habitually.  Yoga Science Lab® can help you achieve that freedom!
