DISCOVER AMI MEDITATION WITH LEONARD (RAM LEV) AND JENNESS PERLMUTTER

Spend a peaceful and instructive weekend with The American Meditation Institute founders Leonard and Jenness Perlmutter. Nestled East of Albany in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains, AMI offers an intimate country setting where you can leave behind all the duties and responsibilities of everyday life to explore opportunities for personal spiritual growth, health and self-transformation. Join us to discover the power of this sage and practical tradition.

This retreat presents the AMI MEDITATION curriculum in a concentrated four-day format. Regardless of your level of experience, you’re guaranteed to gain practical skills for transformation through experiential lectures, practices and discussions. Leonard’s experience, clear teaching style and sense of humor will advance your understanding, provide you a complete meditation practice and teach you how to express your life’s true purpose creatively and confidently. This special weekend will provide you all the tools you’ll need to ease stress, reduce pain, boost your immune system, heal relationships, enhance your problem solving ability and find inner peace, happiness and security.

SELF-CARE IS ESSENTIAL TO YOUR WELLNESS

Herbert Benson, MD of the Harvard Medical School claims that maintaining good health is analogous to building a three-legged stool.

The first leg is Self-Care.
The second leg is Surgery & Medical Procedures.
The third leg is Pharmaceuticals.

“Health and well-being is balanced and optimal only when all three legs of the stool are in place.”

HERBERT BENSON, MD
